Woodstock Wants You To 'Shop Small' On Saturday
The city is celebrating Small Business Saturday, set for Nov. 25.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- The Woodstock Convention and Visitors Bureau is excited to announce that The Woodstock Visitors Center has been designated a Neighborhood Champion for Small Business Saturday 2017.
The visitors center will serve as an official Welcome Station for Downtown Woodstock. Shoppers are invited to stop into the visitors center and pick up one of two hundred free tote bags provided by American Express.
Mayor Donnie Henriques issued a proclamation at the Nov. 13 City Council meeting urging “residents of our community, and communities across the country, to support small businesses and merchants on Small Business Saturday and throughout the year.”

For example, PLAE HARD is offering a four-week fitness and nutrition challenge called PRIME 30 for $49 and new business Parkside Optique is offering 40% off the second pair when you purchase a complete pair of glasses.
Small Business Saturday is a holiday shopping tradition that happens every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Founded by American Express in 2010, this nationwide movement helps bring attention to the importance of supporting small businesses in communities across America.
