3. Caldwell breaks ground on new Fire Station 1, begins downtown fire station relocation (kivitv.com) — Caldwell has started building a new Fire Station 1 and fire administration building on the former City Hall site downtown, consolidating key fire operations in one modern campus. The Red Cross is offering e-gift cards as a thank-you and says spring donations are crucial to keeping hospitals stocked.
