• Eagle Police pursue 12-year-old on e-bike after reckless driving stunt (idahonews.com) — Eagle Police say a deputy had to chase a 12-year-old Eagle boy riding an electric motorcycle after he allegedly sped away, ran stop signs, and cut through yards and sidewalks before later stopping in a park. The May 27 incident ended with citations for reckless driving and operating a motorcycle without the proper endorsement, highlighting growing safety concerns around kids on high-powered e-bikes locally. 
• Eagle moves toward sale of historic 'Jackson House' with strict preservation protections (ktvb.com) — Eagle’s City Council is moving toward selling the historic Orville Jackson House, aiming to stop rising maintenance costs while locking in strict protections so the home cannot be demolished. Any private buyer would face deed restrictions preserving the structure, which many see as a symbol of Eagle’s history even as the city balances growth and budget priorities.
