Police, prosecutors, and the child's parents are reviewing the footage, and the man, who disputes the allegations, has a preliminary court hearing set for Sept. 29.

Special Weather Statement issued September 17 at 11:26PM MDT by NWS Pocatello ID (localnews8.com) — Strong late-night thunderstorms are moving across the Idaho Falls area, bringing wind gusts over 35 mph, pea-sized hail, heavy rain, and frequent lightning.
