Pocatello Citizen Police Academy honors 13 graduates (localnews8.com) — Pocatello residents just wrapped up an intensive eight-week Citizen Police Academy, logging more than 25 hours learning how local officers train, investigate, and keep the community safe. Graduates got hands-on exposure to everything from firearms and SWAT to DUI investigations and gang task force work, and several say the experience gave them a deeper respect for how Pocatello police protect the city.
