• Dump truck driver pleads not guilty in fatal Teton Pass crash (jhnewsandguide.com) — A Tetonia resident was one of two people killed in a July dump truck crash on Teton Pass, and the 22-year-old driver has now pleaded not guilty to two counts of vehicular homicide. Prosecutors say his overuse of brakes and failure to use the runaway truck ramp caused the collision, with a pretrial conference set for January and a jury trial scheduled for late January 2027.
