Illinois Lottery Looking For Mystery $550K Jackpot Winner

Illinois iLottery players may want to check their Lucky Day Lotto tickets after one mystery player matched all five numbers in Saturday's evening drawing to win a $550,000 jackpot.

According to the Illinois Lottery, the winning numbers in the Sept. 19 evening drawing were 10-15-30-33-36. The agency said one player matched all five numbers to win the game's $550,000 top prize.

The Illinois Lottery said winners have one year from the draw date to claim their prizes. The agency encourages winners to write their name on the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until they are ready to claim it.

The win adds to a busy month for Lucky Day Lotto players across Illinois. The Illinois Lottery reported that September has already produced several major jackpot wins in the game. On Sept. 12, during the midday drawing, two players won a jackpot, with each player winning $200,000 from tickets sold in Crete and Rochelle.

The agency also reported that Labor Day weekend brought three more jackpot wins across the state. Those included a $550,000 winning ticket sold in Saint Charles, a $100,000 online win and a $200,000 winning ticket sold in Chicago.

So far this year, more than 8.3 million winning Lucky Day Lotto tickets have been sold statewide, according to the Illinois Lottery, and players have claimed nearly $50 million in prizes from the game.
