Big Box Retailer Agrees to Buy Former Dominick's on Randall Road
The new big box retailer is hoping to open by Oct. 15.
LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL - A big box retailer has agreed to buy the former Dominick’s building along Randall Road in Lake in the Hills, but village officials are keeping quiet on the name of the business as they continue to work out details surrounding an incentive package.
The company has agreed on a purchase price for the building and land and has plans to add 8,000-square-feet to the north of the 80,000-square-foot building with plans to open by Oct. 15, according to the article. Village officials are hoping to present an incentive package to the Committee of a Whole during its May 24 meeting and would announce the name of the retailer once the package is approved.
