Blue Cow Polish Deli Seeks Liquor License for Expansion, Sit-Down Restaurant
The LITH Committee of a Whole will vote on the liquor license in coming weeks.
The Lake in the Hills Committee of a Whole last week gave preliminary approval for Blue Cow Polish Deli to receive a liquor license as the local business plans to expand and include a sit-down restaurant, according to the Northwest Herald.
Blue Cow Polish Deli, located at 2102 Algonquin Road, is looking to expand into the neighboring, and vacant, space formerly occupied by Pizza Hut. The business is also hoping to add video gaming terminals, according to the article.
The Committee of the Whole will vote on the liquor license during its July 26 meeting.
