Books for Sale at Farmer's Market

The Friends of the Algonquin Library are stepping out from the comfortable red brick walls of the library building and taking the "Book Sale" to the Farmer's Market! 

The Algonquin Area Public Library is a book lover’s friend, with the best of both worlds available to the community. Cardholders can borrow the latest bestsellers or buy anything from cookbooks to children’s books at the "Book Nook!"

There is a continuously changing array of donated books for sale all year long at bargain prices. In these days of limited budgets, the library is the best value in town! The "Book Nook" is located just inside the doors at the main library location at 2600 Harnish Drive. 

We will be selling our gently used books once a month at the Algonquin Farmer's Market in Riverfront Park, 102 N. Harrison. Book donations will also be accepted. Stop by and visit us on Thursday July 28, August 25 and September 29, from 2pm - 7pm.
