Good News for Real Estate

Good news for the housing market;

The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $195,000 up 11.4% vs May-12.
Existing single-family home sales increased 8.0% from May-12 for a Jun-12 total of 6,092 sold units.
Condos increased in price to $140,000 up 2.9% vs May-12.
Existing condo sales increased 2.2% in Jun-12 over May-12 for a total of 3,083 sold units.
