Buona Beef May Open in Algonquin This Spring

Buona Beef is eyeing a location on Randall Road in Algonquin for a new restaurant.

The village’s zoning commission last month gave a positive recommendation to the restaurant to open at 461 S. Randall Road, which is just south of the Buffalo Wild Wings and to the north of Algonquin State Bank, the Daily Herald reports.

The popular restaurant for Italian beef, hot dogs, burgers and french fries is looking to build and open a restaurant on a now-vacant lot in Algonquin. The village board is expected to vote on whether to allow Buona to come to town during its Oct. 6 meeting, according to the newspaper.

If approved, the restaurant could open next spring, according to the article.
