Crystal Lake Brewing Opens Taproom, Brewery

Crystal Lake Brewing has opened in Crystal Lake, bringing with it a batch of craft beers that are brewed locally.

Crystal Lake Brewing opened its brewery and tap room at 150 N. Main St. last week. The tap room does not have a restaurant but visitors are encouraged to bring in their own food or order delivery to the brewery.

Beers available include: beach blonde, an American wheat beer; wake maker, an American pale ale; Slalom King, an India pale ale; Sunset Red, an American red/amber ale; Overboard, an oatmeal stout.

The tap room is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to midnight on Friday, 11 a.m. to midnight on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
