Dressbarn Seeks Women's Used Work Attire

Those who donate will also receive 15 percent off a total purchase as a special thank you.

From now through March 4, area women will have the chance to positively impact the lives of other women looking to get back into the workforce. All that it takes is a little determination to part with clothes that are no longer worn.

For the thousands of women who are without an interview suit or professional-looking ensemble, Dress for Success, the international non-profit organization that promotes economic independence for the disadvantaged women, has teamed up with Dressbarn, the national retailer of women’s clothing, to collect and distribute professional attire for its 10th annual “Send One Suit Weekend.”

To give underprivileged women across the country the ability to walk into a job interview with confidence, is the goal of this partnership – the path to self-sufficiency begins with the elementary tools to get their foot in the door.

You can drop off gently-used suits, pants, shirts, skirts, shoes and other professional items at any of the 825 dressbarn locations nationwide, including , 726 S. Randall Road. Those who donate will also receive 15 percent off a total purchase as a special thank you.
