Final Neighborhood Fun Park Day In LITH Is Wednesday

LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL – The final neighborhood park fun day for the summer will be held this week at Cattail Park, 4402 Albrecht Road. Neighborhood Park Fun Days were designed to bring together the residents who live in the area of the park and provide recreational opportunities, according to a news release from the village. A variety of fun activities, small petting zoo, community art project and light refreshments will be provided.

This week's event will take place on Aug. 8 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event is free with no registration needed.

Residents are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be canceled and not rescheduled. If your organization is interested in hosting a game or activity, please the village of LITH at 847-960-7460.
