Friends of the Algonquin Area Public Library District Fall Book Sale

Looking for a specific book, or want to shop around for one? Nov. 2 to Nov. 5 is your chance!

ALGONQUIN-LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL - Friends of the Algonquin Area Public Library: The Friends of the Algonquin Area Public Library District will hold their Fall Book Sale Thursday, November 2 through Sunday, November 5 at the Eastgate Branch Library, 115 Eastgate Drive in Algonquin (off Algonquin Road/Route 62, behind the 7-11).

The sale schedule is as follows:

· Thursday, November 2 4 to 7 pm ($10 entry fee, this day only)

· Friday, November 3 4 to 8 pm

· Saturday, November 4 10 am to 2 pm

· Sunday, November 5 1 to 4 pm (½ price day)

Shoppers can enjoy refreshments Friday through Sunday at the Book Bistro, compliments of the Friends of the Library.

From an amazing selection of movie and television DVDs to a variety of music CD's, you’ll find the perfect additions to your collections! All fiction books are in alphabetical order (by author) and all other categories are organized to make shopping easy. You might find the missing DVD in your favorite series, beautiful “coffee table” books for gifts, or the perfect softcover selections for the younger readers in your family. Founded May 6, 1991, the Friends of the Algonquin Area Public Library District is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the library district by providing materials, services, and educational opportunities that are not funded by the library budget.
