Huntley Community School District's 2019 Annual Statement Of Affairs Available Online

School Code, Section 10-17 (105ILCS 5/10-17), requires school districts to complete the Annual Statement of Affairs (ASA) and publish it in a local newspaper.

District 158 requested and received a waiver from the Illinois State Board of Education to instead publish this document on our website so that the money that would have been spent on newspaper publishing costs could be better utilized for instructional purposes leading to student performance.
