Lake in the Hills Resident Survey Sent out Next Week

The survey will be sent to a random sample of 1,500 households.

Beginning the week of April 17, 2017, the village of Lake in the Hills will be conducting the National Citizen Survey in partnership with the National Research Center. The survey, administered by the NRC, will be sent to a random sample of 1,500 households, according to a village of Lake in the Hills resident newsletter.

This gives selected residents the opportunity to anonymously share opinions across a range of community issues.

The village will use the responses to determine the level of satisfaction residents have with the programs and services currently offered, according to village officials. The results of the survey are intended to be used in the Strategic Planning process beginning the summer of 2017 and for the Fiscal Year 2018 budget.
