Lake in the Hills Seeks Feedback in Resident Satisfaction Survey
The survey became available to take online on Monday.

Submission by the village of Lake in the Hills
Beginning March 21, the village will again be conducting a Resident Satisfaction Survey to gauge how successfully the village is meeting the expectations of its residents.
Lake in the Hills residents will have the opportunity to rate a variety of the Village’s programs, services, and communications. Residents will also be able to write in comments in each section to further elaborate on the Village’s performance. The Village will use the responses to determine the level of satisfaction residents have with the programs and services currently offered.

The responses will also assist the Village in understanding the residents’ perceptions about key quality of life indicators. Finally, the Village will use responses to evaluate if improvements are needed in the areas outlined in the survey.
The resident satisfaction survey will be conducted online and can be accessed by visiting www.lith.org/ResSurvey. The survey can also be accessed by visiting the Village’s social media platforms and by subscribing to the Resident Insider Newsletter.

Residents are highly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to share their thoughts. This is an excellent tool to provide open, honest, and anonymous feedback to your local government. The survey will remain open to residents through Friday, April 15, 2016.
