LITH Senior Living Facility To Open This Spring

LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — A new 90,000-square-foot senior living community is expected to open this spring in Lake in the Hills. Melody Living, which will be located at 525 Harvest Gate, broke ground in 2018 and is expected to open in April or May, according to a news release.

The assistant living and memory care facility has 89 units and marks the completion of the first phase of the Melody Living project. The second phase will include an independent living neighborhood.

The design of this community was of paramount importance to us as we were developing the concept,” said Vice President of Senior Housing for Cedarwood Development, Laura Hester.
