LITH Will Not Host Triathlon in 2015

Since 2007, the Village of Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation Department has put tremendous effort into organizing and conducting the LITH Triathlon every June.

During the last several months, there has been discussion with an outside company who expressed interest in purchasing and running the event separate from the Village.

This company has recently decided that they are unable to organize and hold the triathlon for 2015. Due to time constraints, the Village will not be holding the Triathlon in 2015.

An evaluation will be done to determine if the event will take place in 2016.
