LITH Women Face Charges For Running Drug House: Police

Detectives seized cocaine, marijuana, Dextroamphetamine Sulfate pills, heroin and LSD during a search of the LITH home, police said.

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL – Two Lake in the Hills women have been arrested for dealing drugs out their home in the 100 block of Harvest Gate, authorities said. The McHenry County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Task Force wrapped up a month-long investigation this past week and served an arrest warrant at the home. There they took into custody Virginia Sullivan, 53, and Tina Campbell, 46, on several drug charges, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.

Authorities launched an investigation after receiving citizen complaints of drug dealing from the home.

During the May 30 search of the residence, detectives seized seized 36 grams of cocaine, 2.5 grams of cannabis, 20 Dextroamphetamine Sulfate pills, 1 gram of heroin, 1 hit of LSD, drug ledgers, multiple items of drug paraphernalia, packaging materials, and four digital scales. The drugs are valued at $3,760.

Sullivan has been charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and violation of bail bond. Her bond is set at $50,000. Campbell has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond is set at $150,000.

Both are due back in court on June 4.
