Man Found Dead in Backyard in Sun City in Huntley

HUNTLEY, IL -- Huntley police are investigating the death of a 42-year-old man whose body was found in a backyard in Sun City shortly after the man’s father called police to report his son was distraught and suicidal.

Police received the call at about 5:15 a.m. Tuesday, searched the neighborhood and found the man’s body at about 6:30 a.m. in the 12100 block of Latham Trail, according to the Northwest Herald. Police saw cuts on the man’s body and an autopsy Wednesday should shed more light on the exact cause of death.
