FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that on July 30, 2021, Theresa Alexander, 39, was found of Aggravated Battery, a Class 3 Felony; Possession of Fraudulent Driver’s License, a Class 4 Felony; Domestic Battery and Obstructing Identification, Class A Misdemeanors, following a bench trial before the Honorable Judge Michael Coppedge.
