Walworth County District Attorney Zeke Wiedenfeld said Tuesday morning no formal charges have yet been filed against Mogan. Wiedenfeld said he’s waiting on local police to wrap up their investigation before a criminal complaint is filed.
Mogan is scheduled for an initial court appearance on Jan. 18 in Walworth County, Wis. Wiedenfeld could not comment on what charges are being considered at this point but said authorities hope a charging decision would be made by the time of Mogan's initial court appearance.
