Nominate Your Favorite Holiday Lights in Lake in the Hills

Area neighborhoods will soon be brightly lit at night with holiday lights.

And the village of Lake in the Hills is seeking nominations for the best of the best in holiday decorations. The village is asking residents call in your own creation or elect your neighbor’s.

Village officials will come around on Thursday, Dec. 18, to judge the homes. Categories will include: Best Overall Display and The Clark Griswold Award. All registrants will have their address posted on the www.lith.org website.

Winners will receive a gift certificate to a Lake in the Hills restaurant.

Registration is accepted by calling 847-960-7460. Only the first 20 Lake in the Hills homes to register are eligible for judging.
