Parking Lot, Sidewalk Construction Gets Under Way Thursday at Algonquin Commons

Construction will get under way to replace asphalt and concrete, parking lots, curbs, and sidewalks south of Commons Drive at Algonquin Commons on Thursday.

The project's first sections will include areas near 2nd Wind, Thirsty Whale, Fuddruckers, and Mattress Firm. Once the first section is nearly complete, work will extend into other areas of the property. Further updates will be made as work progresses, according to an Algonquin Commons press release.

The mall’s website, www.ShopAtAlgonquinCommons.com will update work status as the project progresses.
Alliance Contractors, Inc. will work to ensure public ways are kept open for traffic and will maintain convenient access to store entrances at all times, according to the news release.

Algonquin Common’s staff and site signage will be utilized to ensure mall patrons can navigate areas where work is underway.
