PetSmart at Algonquin Commons Closes; Art Van Furniture to Open at Former Gordman's Location

ALGONQUIN, IL - The PetSmart location at the Algonquin Commons recently closed after years of operation at the outdoor shopping center, according to the Northwest Herald. The store was one of the first to open at the Algonquin Commons in early 2006.

A neighboring store at the Commons, OfficeMax, also closed this year. But the shopping center is still getting interest from tenants with Art Van Furniture expected to open in the former Gordman’s location next spring, according to the article.
