Phone Store Employee Accused Of Taking Customer's Nude Images
The man took the images while he was assisting the customer, Huntley police said.

KANE COUNTY, IL — An employee at a Huntley cell phone store faces criminal charges for disseminating nude images of a customer without her knowledge or permission, according to the Kane County State's Attorney's Office. The victim's images were taken when she visited the Verizon retail store in the 12000 block of Route 47 on Sept. 19, Huntley police said.
The victim gave her cell phone to the store employee for assistance, police said. While while he had her phone, he sent her images to his personal cell phone without the victim’s permission, according to police.
The employee then denied wrongdoing when the victim confronted him about it, authorities said, and she contacted Huntley police.

Justin D. Devine, 23, has been charged with the felony offense of nonconsensual dissemination of a sex image, the Kane County State's Attorney said.
After an investigation, a Kane County judge issued a warrant for Devine’s arrest. He surrendered to Huntley police on Oct. 17, posted bond and was released, the Kane County State's Attorney said.

Devine’s initial court appearance is set for Nov. 27.
