Police Blotter: Palatine Man Arrested for DUI, Speeding; Warrants Served

The Algonquin Police Department responded to the following reports over the past week.

August 30, 2014

6:41 p.m.: Patino, Christian A. DOB: 07/12/93 of 204 Waverly Court, #2A, Carpentersville, was Wanted on a Warrant, out of Kane County for Failure to Appear, on a DWLS charge. He was taken into custody at Route 62 and Hubbard Street. He was released after posting $375, with a court date of 09/17/14, in Kane County.

August 31, 2014

11:57 p.m.: Lindom, Jessica R. DOB: 06/20/89 of 1 Renaissance Place, Unit 1106, Palatine, was charged with DUI and Speeding. She was taken into custody at Main Street and Route 62. She was released after posting $100 and her Illinois Driver’s License, with a court date of 10/08/14, in McHenry County.

2:20 a.m.: Ross, Lesley J. DOB: 04/17/68 of 1061 Creekview Lane, Lake in the Hills, was Wanted on a Warrant, out of Carpentersville for Failure to Appear on a No Valid Driver’s License charge. He was also charged with No Valid Driver’s License, No Proof of Insurance and No Headlights. He was taken into custody at McDonald’s, 500 E. Algonquin Road. He was transported to McHenry County Jail, when unable to post bond.

September 1, 2014

03:45 a.m.: Silva-Gomez, Arturo DOB: 11/30/76 of 4310 Shamrock Lane, #1B, McHenry, was charged with DUI, DUI Over, No Proof of Insurance, Improper Lane Use and Failure to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle. He was taken into custody at Route 31 and Trinity Drive. He was released after posting $100 and his Illinois Driver’s License, with a court date of 10/29/14, in McHenry County.

September 3, 2014

11:52 p.m.: Meyer, Stephen C. DOB: 08/24/83 of 130 Park St., Algonquin, was Wanted on a Warrant out of McHenry County for Aggravated DUI. He was taken into custody at 521 N. Main. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail to await bond court.

September 4, 2014

8:52 p.m.: Cynova, Richard T. DOB: 12/05/95 of 5931 Pine Hollow Dr., Carpentersville and Pappas, Charles C. DOB: 03/16/96 of 321 Bayberry Dr., Algonquin; were charged with Retail Theft. They were taken into custody at 734 S. Randall Rd. They were both issued Notices to Appear with a court date of 10/29/2014, in Algonquin.
