WHAT: To commemorate
the 55th anniversary of Santa’s Village Azoosment Park’s inaugural
season, the first 255 visitors in line at the park will receive admission for
only 55 cents*. “We are thrilled to be celebrating the original 1959 opening
year this season,” said Jason Sierpien, owner of the park. “While we have plenty of new rides and
attractions this year, we also have many rides that will remind parents and
grandparents of their own childhood visits to this special place. Our
affordable pricing, rides and animal shows coupled with the leisurely layout,
create the perfect setting for a family reunion, birthday party and many return
visits throughout the season and will hopefully instill cherished memories for
our future generations.”

Opened in
1959, Santa’s Village Azoosment Park is located in East Dundee, Ill., among the
woodlands of the Fox River Valley in northeast Kane County. Santa’s Village Azoosment Park features three
themed areas; Santa’s Village, Old MacDonald’s Farm and the Country Grove. The park has a pay-one-price admission that
includes unlimited use of all rides, shows and attractions. There are kiddie
and larger family rides, barn and petting zoo, domestic and exotic animal
attractions, live shows, redemption and games of skill, shops and restaurants.
The park is just minutes from Chicago or Rockford, off the Jane Addams Tollway.
