Tornado Siren In LITH Due To Malfunction
A malfunction lead to the siren sounding off early Monday.
LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL -- The village of Lake in the Hills reported a tornado siren that went off Monday morning was due to a malfunction. Audible signals from the tornado siren on East Oak Street were "due to a malfunction" and "there was no actual activation of the sirens," according to a news release from the village of Lake in the Hills.
