Vote For New Playground Designs For Popular LITH Parks

The village of Lake in the Hills is encouraging community members to attend an upcoming parks and recreation meeting and vote on the design for new playgrounds that are slated to be replaced at popular area parks. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. on March 1 at village hall.

There will be an opportunity to vote for replacement playgrounds for Ryder, Ken Carpenter and Sunset parks from a variety of playground display boards submitted from various companies, according to a news release. Each vote could assist the parks and recreation board in making a recommendation to the village board for new playgrounds to be completed this summer.
