The McHenry County Conservation District holds a Local Libations and Temptations program for adults age 21 years old and up at Marengo Ridge Shelter #1, 3100 N. Il Route 23 in Marengo, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Attendants will learn about the Northeastern Illinois foodshed, how to support local producers and taste regional wines with appetizers and cheeses.
