Experience a Bethlehem Marketplace at Christ United Methodist Church, 9009 W Algonquin Rd, Algonquin, IL, on Saturday, December 1, Saturday, from 10am to 2pm. Children can experience and participate in what a marketplace might have been like during the time of Jesus. There will be crafts to make; food to taste; stories to hear and sites to see.

Day at the Dole

Step back in time to explore the Dole Mansion and its colorfulhistory. The mansion was built during the Civil War and was purchased in the1920s by Mrs. Lou Ringling, widow of the circus familys eldest brother.
