Woods Creek Tavern Opens at Former Applebee's Location in LITH
After standing vacant for over two years, a new restaurant will be moving into the Randall Road location.

A new restaurant will be opening along Randall Road Monday.
Woods Creek Tavern was expected to open Monday at 11 a.m. in the former Applebee’s location at 251 N. Randall Road. The gastropub-style restaurant is expected to seat 154 and will feature a scratch kitchen, several local and regional craft beer and four wines on tap.

The 5,000-square-foot restaurant is named after nearby Woods Creek Lake in Lake in the Hills, the business’ managing partner David Abraham told the Daily Herald.
Woods Creek Tavern will be the first business to occupy the space since Applebee’s closed in June 2013.
