"Young Yogi's"

Children (ages 2-6) and adults will enjoy learning beginning yoga poses in this 45 minute class using music, storytelling, counting and games. Balance, stretch, bend and rest while practicing basic breathing techniques and mindfulness. Enjoy yoga’s wellness benefits in the beautiful, art-filled surroundings of the Ed Paschke Art Center and help your Young Yogi’s improve coordination, build gross-motor skills and gain social independence. Please bring your own yoga mats.

Every other Thursday at 4 PM (45 minutes in length)
