In Your Area...Lake In The Hills Property Owners Association

The Lake In The Hills Property Owners Association is a membership based not-for-profit organization. We are located at 1212 Crystal Lake Rd in Lake In The Hills. Anyone with residency in the Algonquin/Lake In The Hills is eligible for membership. Our annual dues is $20.00 and $10.00 if 65 or older. We are a full service bar with a pool table, darts, jukebox, pull tabs, horseshoe pits, frozen pizza and bagged snacks available. Gaming machines coming soon! We also have a banquet hall available to rent with a occupancy of 105 people.

We are looking forward to meeting many of our residents that we have not met in the past.  Come check us out. We will be having many community events in the future in which will be open to the public. Want to come and visit? Just ring the bell and we will be happy to let you in!
