Celebrate 'Coffee With A Cop Day,' Oct. 4, With Alsip PD

ALSIP, IL -- Come hang out with Alsip’s finest and enjoy a free cup of joe this Wednesday, Oct. 6, which also happens to be National Coffee With A Cop Day. Alsip PD will be at Pappas Restaurant from noon to 2 p.m.

National Coffee With A Cop Day started in Hawthorne, CA, in 2011, when police were looking for opportunities to interact with the citizens they served everyday. In less than five years, Coffee With A Cop events have been held in all 50 states.

Alsip residents will have the opportunity to discuss issues and neighborhood safety concerns with the Alsip Police Department. Pappas Restaurant is located at 12219 S. Pulaski, Alsip. Bring your friends.
