Enter The Alsip Park District's Halloween Decorating Contest

ALSIP, IL -- The Alsip Park District invites residents to enter its Halloween decorating contest, Upack your monsters, witches, ghosts and zombies and start turning your yard into a Halloween wonderland. Judging will take place from 7 to 9 pm. Oct. 22. Trophies and first, second and third prizes will be awarded to the top homes.

The entry fee is $5 per home. Residents who wish to participate can enter their home haunts at the Apollo Recreation Center, 12521 S Kostner Ave, Alsip. Questions? Email dmichalski@alsipparks.org. The Halloween decorating contest is open to Alsip residents only.

After you enter the park district’s Halloween decorating contest, send you pictures and address to Patch’s 2018 Guide To The Southland’s Best Halloween Haunts. We hope to roll out the 2018 list in the next few days. We’ll also feature the Alsip winners on the Patch tour ‘o scary yards.
