Saint Christina students gave teachers an A-plus on their fundraising efforts to support the school.
Alsip| Saint Christina students gave teachers an A-plus on their fundraising efforts to support the school.
Many teachers and support staff from Saint Christina volunteered behind the counter and at the Drive-Thru on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at the Alsip McDonald's located on Pulaski, where they served students and their families in a fundraiser. The weather was perfect for Saint Christina and all the kids got their report cards today. A great day to celebrate at McDonald’s.
Principal Stokes, Assistant Principal Nichols, and teacher Murphy worked hard selling pies. Teacher Danner wore the Pie Box the entire night. Principal Stokes and Assistant Principal Nichols were at the event the entire night talking with families and taking lots of pictures with the kids and keeping the energy at a very high level.

The proceeds from the 240 pies sold went directly to benefit the supplies needed for the school. A percentage of the proceeds from the McTeacher's Night sales were also donated directly to Saint Christina. The school plans to put the money raised toward helping fund items needed for the school.
John Dakajos, Owner/Operator of the Alsip McDonald's is delighted to participate in the worthy cause for education and the community.
