Southwest Ice Arena Adds Open Skate Session On School Holiday
Southwest Ice Arena in Crestwood has added an open skate session on Monday, Jan. 20 for the Martin Luther King Jr. federal holiday.
CRESTWOOD, IL — If your kids are bored on their day off from school, Southwest Ice Arena in Crestwood has added an extra open skate session on Monday, Jan. 20. Most schools, courts and government offices are closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, which is a federal holiday.
Open skating is from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on the studio rink. Admission is $6, skate rental is $3.
Rat hockey on the arena’s NHL rink is scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. Admission is $9.
