Sprayfari Aquatic Park Opens Saturday and Sunday For Summer 2022

ALSIP, IL — Stay cool at the pool this summer at Sprayfari Aquatic Park, 119305 S, Kostner Ave., Alsip. Opening weekend is this Saturday and Sunday, June 4 and June 5, from noon to 6:30 p.m.

Regular hours from June 6 through Aug. 12 are:

Adult swim, 7:30 to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday
Alsip Day Camp, 11 a.m. to 12:15 a.m., Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Open Swim, 12:30 to 5 p.m. and 6:30 to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday

Special hours:

Open Swim, noon to 5 p.m. July 4

School hours, Aug. 15 to Aug. 26:

Open Swim, 4 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Pool closed Aug. 17 to Sept. 2

Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 3 through Sept. 5

Open Swim, noon to 5 p.m.

Swim passes through Labor Day are $50 for residents; $45 for seniors; and $100 for non-residents. Daily fees are $7 for residents and $15 for non-residents, and includes use of pool, kiddie pool, splash pad and playground. Any child under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an individual over the age of 16.

Sprayfari Aquatic Park features over 7,000 square feet of water surface, including a heated Z-shaped pool with six 2.5-meter lanes, a 40X40 diving walls, a 1-meter diving board, deck slide, 32X32 wading pool with raindrop fountain, suntan hill, concession and picnic area, shaded gazebos and a playground.
