Fun Continues At Windy City ThunderBolts Home Stand: Value Tuesday, Military Appreciation, Wrestling
Windy City ThunderBolts face the Florence Ya'lls Aug. 31, Sept. 1 and Sept. 2 at Ozinga Field.
CRESTWOOD, IL — The Windy City ThunderBolts 2021 season is winding down, so make sure you get out to Ozinga Field in Crestwood before summer is over. The Bolts begin a six-game home stand and look to stay in the hunt for a division championship.
Per the mask mandate put into effect by Cook County, all fans, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask when inside Ozinga Field’s restrooms, box office, souvenir shop, suite level, and any other area of the stadium that is not outdoors. The ThunderBolts thank you for your cooperation.
The ThunderBolts have an action-packed home stand planned when they take on rival Joliet Slammers, Aug. 27 to Aug. 29; and the Florence Y’alls, Aug. 31 to Sept. 2, including:

Tuesday, Aug. 31 at 7:05 pm: Every Tuesday Night is "Value Tuesday" where all box seats in the ballpark and hot dogs cost just $2
Wednesday, Sept. 1 at 7:05 p.m.: Every Wednesday is Military Appreciation Day, where any veteran or active military member receives two tickets to that day's game. Just walk up to the ballpark box office on the day of any Wednesday home game and show your military ID. Also, on Wednesday nights only, all seniors 55-years of age and older get a free ticket to that night's game. Free senior tickets available on the night of the game at the box office only, just walk up. All kids run the bases after every home game

Thursday, Sept. 2, at 7:05 p.m.: White Castle Wrestling Thursdays return in 2021. The night starts out with amazing beer specials served all night long courtesy of Bud Light, including $1 Retro Beers (Busch, Colt 45, Genesee Cream Ale, Natural Light, Old Milwaukee); $2.25 Bud, Bud Light, Mic Ultra, PBR, Old Style 16 oz cans and draft. Finally, all Craft Beer selections are just $3.50. After the game, Zelo Pro performs their fantastic one-hour postgame wrestling show presented by White Castle. Kids run the bases after every home game.
