• Around the Farm art exhibit opens June 6 at the Coliseum Museum in Oregon (shawlocal.com) — Amboy residents may recognize longtime Amboy School District art educator Debra Cleary, who will judge the “Around the Farm” exhibit at the Coliseum Museum in nearby Oregon from June 6 to July 18. Featuring 65 agriculture-themed works by 35 northern Illinois artists, the show includes a June 12 awards reception with live music, offering a regional arts outing within easy reach of Amboy.
