"We’re proud to be given a five-star rating for the care we provide in our health center. We have ongoing quality initiatives that focus on the well-being of our residents," said John Denkert, health care administrator at The Moorings Health Center in a PRWeb press release. "Our experienced nursing, therapy, and activities teams work very collaboratively to inspire our residents to achieve their potential and embrace life here at The Moorings.”

The ratings were developed using combined information from state health inspection reports, nurse staffing information and selected quality measures of clinical care reported at the Nursing Home Compare website run by the Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), according to a PRWeb press release.
