$777K Winning Scratch-Off Ticket Sold In Des Plaines: IL Lottery
It was the top prize in the 777 Jackpot game, according to officials.
DES PLAINES, IL — Seven is a lucky number for someone who recently bought a lottery ticket at a 7-Eleven in Des Plaines. The top prize for the 777 Jackpot scratch-off ticket game, which was bought at the store at 1585 Rand Road, is $777,7777.
According to Illinois Lottery officials, the store will also receive a one-percent bonus of $7,777 for selling the winning ticket.
More than 3.3 million winning Illinois Lottery Instant Tickets have been sold, netting players over $80 million in prizes, so far in 2024. Illinois Lottery currently offers a range of Instant Ticket games priced from $1 to $50, available at approximately 7,000 retail locations across Illinois.
