Aggravated DUI Charge For Rolling Meadows Resident: Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

Kathleen Gallagher, 35, of the 0-100 block of E Lillian, Arlington Heights, is accused of two counts of driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 5:24 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 800 block of W Central Road. She was taken to court and assigned a court date of Jan. 5, 2021.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE/PERMIT

Miguel A. Mejia, 26, of the 300 block of N 3rd Avenue, Des Plaines, is accused of no driver's license/permit, and was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Dec. 4 at Tonne and Falcon drives. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Jan. 11, 2021.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

Matthew D. Robinson, 31, of the 4900 block of N Melvina Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 3:01 a.m. Dec. 7 at Algonquin and Goebbert roads. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of Dec. 23.

AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/DRUGS

Rogelio Rosales-Barrientos, 24, of the 3600 block of Bluebird Lane, Rolling Meadows, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Dec. 8 in the 1800 block of N Arlington Heights Road. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of Jan. 4, 2021.

FALSE REPORT ON OFFENSE

Lucasz Oledzki, 36, of the 1400 block of N Winslowe Drive, Palatine, is accused of false report of offense, and was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Dec. 8 at Yale and Maude avenues. Oledzki was taken to court and assigned a court date of Jan. 8, 2021.
