ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
AGGRAVATED CRUELTY TO ANIMALS
Jeffrey C. Rasch, 36, of Arlington Heights, was arrested Sept. 23 in the 1400 block of Irving Park Road in Streamwood and charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and cruelty to animals.
Rasch is due in court Oct. 16 in Rolling Meadows.
PUBLIC INDECENCY
Lazerius A. Walker, 25, of Palatine, was arrested Sept. 18 in the 700 block of East Rand Grove Lane in Palatine and charged with public indecency/lewd exposure.
Walker is due in court Oct. 6 in Rolling Meadows.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
Brandon P. Drugan, 34, of Arlington Heights, was arrested Sept. 21 in the 400 block of South Beverly Lane and charged with domestic battery/bodily harm.
Drugan is due in court Oct. 13 in Rolling Meadows.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
Barbara R. Lowenthal, 79, of Arlington Heights, was arrested Sept. 18 in the 2100 block of South Tonne Drive and charged with domestic battery/bodily harm.
Lowenthal is due in court Oct. 13 in Rolling Meadows.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Richard Ortiz, 31, of Arlington Heights, was arrested Sept. 19 in the 1100 block of West Euclid Avenue and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice and resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
Ortiz is due in court Oct. 13 in Rolling Meadows.
DUI
Narcedalia Fragoso, 31, of Kewanee, was arrested Sept. 19 in the 900 block of West Euclid Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Fragoso is due in court Oct. 5 in Rolling Meadows.
DUI
Paige Glow, 36, of Chicago, was arrested Sept. 23 in the 1500 block of South Fernandez Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more, failure to remain at the scene of a vehicle-damage accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Glow is due in court Oct. 30 in Rolling Meadows.
DUI
Ryan E. King, 33, of Wheeling, was arrested Sept. 23 near Rand and Palatine roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver.
King is due in court Nov. 6 in Rolling Meadows.
DUI
David R. Olson, 24, of Arlington Heights, was arrested Sept. 22 in the 200 block of East Palatine Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI involving drugs or a combination of drugs, DUI involving the combined influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating compounds, and unlawful possession of adult-use cannabis in a motor vehicle outside an approved container.
Olson is due in court Oct. 23 in Rolling Meadows.
DUI
Fredi Paxtian Cagal, 30, of Arlington Heights, was arrested Sept. 19 near Palatine Road and Walnut Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more.
Cagal is due in court Oct. 13 in Rolling Meadows.
RETAIL THEFT
Jacob J. Delgado, 18, of Berwyn, was arrested Sept. 20 in the 1700 block of East Rand Road and charged with retail theft.
Delgado is due in adjudication court Oct. 13.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
Raymond P. Chlopek, 62, of Arlington Heights, was arrested Sept. 18 at 45 W. Northwest Highway on two in-state warrants for violation of bail bond.
DRIVING ON REVOKED LICENSE
Christopher J. Sapp, 39, of Rolling Meadows, was arrested Sept. 23 near Arlington Heights and Rand roads and charged with driving on a revoked license.
Sapp is due in court Oct. 29 in Rolling Meadows.
