ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL (March 1, 2013) – David Schwabe, broker with the Northwest (Arlington Heights) office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has been named as the Office’s Top Arlington Heights Sale Producer for 2012.
In 2012, David Schwabe did over $20 Million in sales and completed over 80 transactions.

Schwabe is a longtime Arlington Heights area resident and is activity involved with coaching with the Arlington Heights Park District, the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce, and a local School Board. His educational background is in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University. Schwabe is a 10 year veteran of residential real estate sales and has successfully built a team to help serve his client base. He started his career with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2002.
